Strangely, it seems to be an excerpt from a Dwarvish translation of Journey To The West. Here's a rough translation:
"Sun Wukong raised his fingers to his mouth and whistled. At once a magic cloud appeared and he hopped on and flew away."
Not close, but have an imaginary cigar for creativity :-)
