The war on dark vision/infravision

Places friends and I played "D&D" or other TTRPGs back in our yoof:

* Sitting cross-legged on a cricket pitch

* Empty classroom (more than once, always without permission. Inevitably got turfed)

* Library foyer

* Luxury coach (on the way to a school excursion. Dice rolling tricky!)

* Park benches/picnic tables

* Sitting cross-legged on the lawn (watch out for ants! Don't lose your D4!)

* I distinctly recall a game of "Battletech" in a cafeteria

* Various verandahs and outdoor patios, AND

* While wandering through bushland or along the rocky coastline (doing the paperwork in our heads).
