Haven't seen it yet, but I doubt it will top Silence In The Library.
Not that I don't think it will be good, but SITL was just, well, a masterpiece :)
The two-part finale starts this friday here in the states. S4 was off to a shaky start IMHO, but the last few episodes have been amongst the new series very best.
Silence in the Library was clearly the best of an overall weak season imo.
I will say that this finale is much, much better than Season 3's (great idea, but very weak execution).
While I am grateful for Russell T. Davies bringing Who back, I am looking forward to Steven Moffat taking over, as I've really enjoyed his writing so far.

I cried like a sissy girl at the end of the finale.
Bloody loved it. All of it.
Or e) Less than the sum of its many, many parts?
Proof, in my opinion, that it really is possible to have too much of a good thing.
